If you don't enjoy movies about a bunch of crap but loveable losers overcoming all odds to triumph over their arch enemies in spectacularly unlikely fashion, then give this one a miss. Two feuding Scottish pubs, whose clientele naturally hate each other, have sorted out their differences for the last 99 years with an annual football match. Unfortunately, the no-hopers from Benny's Bar have lost out to the slick smart-arses from L'Bistro every time. If they lose the 100th, they'll also lose their pub. There are a couple of cameos from Alan Shearer and Sam Fox, while Max Beesley does his best Ewan McGregor impersonation and Richard E. Grant hideously over-acts, as usual.
