Russ Duritz is an image consultant, and a more mean spirited, amoral business man it would be hard to find (don't worry Rupert, the Sun in my Sky, I'm not including you); But this highly successful and conscience free lifestyle gets a fly in the ointment, himself when he was eight years old. The young boy is horrified at how things turn out, his empty life, devoid of even a dog! and sets about trying to show the grown up Russ the error of his ways. The Kid is an enjoyable Disney fantasy, though Mr Willis looks less and less comfortable the nicer and sweeter his character becomes.
