A team of maverick young Hong-Kong cops, formed to track down a new breed of funky young gangster, uncover a feud between Japanese criminals and a plot to blow up the HK Convention Centre. Cue lots of stylised mayhem, plenty of special effects and a healthy dollop of arse kickin' in this big budget action-comedy.
