Mickey and Mallory are two misunderstood young rascals who just want to have a bit of fun, unfortunately for anything that can breath and happens to be in the same place as these loveable scamps, that means a one way ticket to their maker. As the couple's murderous rampage continues they become the focus of the tabloid press who escalate the situation and turn the two into cult celebs. Viewed by many as a strikingly controversial contemporary tour de force, it looks like an hour and a half of over stylised pop video, with all of Stone's usual flair for the hamfisted, why tap it in when you can nuke it in, social message.
