Plot
Montgomery, Alabama, 1955; Rosa Parks is a middle aged woman taking the bus home, but being black she is asked to give up her seat for a white passenger, an order she politely refuses. Rosa is immediatly arrested and so begins a series of events that is to change America's segregation laws for ever. Boycott can hardly fail to affect you considering the subject matter, but it is also a powerful and finely performed film in its own right.
