Felicie has a joyous holiday romance with Charles, the culmination of which results in the birth of her daughter, Elise, but, due to a mix up with her address, Felicie loses touch with the father and, while she has the attention of two kind and devoted men, she is loath to commit herself in the hope that she and Charles will once again be reunited. 'A Winter's Tale' is the second film in Eric Rohmer's 'Tales of the Four Seasons' and is a delightful and perceptive love story.
